تضامن النواب توافق على تعديلات قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم الشهداء والضحايا والمفقودين

  • وافقت لجنة التضامن الاجتماعي بمجلس النواب على تعديلات حكومية بشأن قانون إنشاء صندوق تكريم شهداء وضحايا ومفقودي العمليات الحربية والإرهابية والأمنية وأسرهم.
  • تضمنت التعديلات تنظيم إجراءات إثبات العجز وتحديد المستفيدين من الحقوق المقررة بالقانون لضمان الانضباط في التطبيق.
  • شملت التعديلات مواد تتعلق بالضريبة على الخدمات والمستندات والتعويضات المستحقة للمصابين وأسر الشهداء والضحايا والمفقودين.
  • تضمنت التعديلات مواد تتعلق برعاية رئيس الجمهورية للصندوق وضوابط الحرمان من الحقوق في حالات ارتكاب الجرائم الإرهابية.
