تعرف على عقوبة التهرب من التأمينات الاجتماعية في القانون

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يحدد قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 عقوبات صارمة لمخالفي أحكام القانون والتلاعب بالبيانات.
  • تتراوح الغرامات بين 10 آلاف و50 ألف جنيه لمن يحصل على أموال الهيئة بغير حق أو يقدم بيانات خاطئة.
  • تصل الغرامة إلى 100 ألف جنيه للموظف المختص أو صاحب العمل الذي لا يشترك بعماله في الهيئة.
  • تصل عقوبة الحبس إلى ثلاث سنوات وغرامة مليون جنيه في حال تسبب عدم نقل المصاب في وفاته أو إصابته بعجز تجاوز 50%.

نص قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات الصادر برقم 148 لسنة 2019، على العقوبات الخاصة بمخالفة أحكام القانون، سواء عقوبة التهرب التأمينى، أو التلاعب في الأوراق والبيانات الخاصة بالموظفين والعاملين المؤمن عليهم وأعدادهم،
