“تكوين المتطورة” تتكبد 11.52 مليون دولار في الربع الثاني

تفاقمت خسائر شركة تكوين المتطورة للصناعات بنسبة 65.8% في الربع الثاني من العام الحالي إذ تكبدت 11.52 مليون دولار (43.19 مليون ريال) مقارنة بخسارة قدرها 6.95 مليون دولار (26.05 مليون ريال) في الربع الموازي من العام الماضي.

وعلى أساس فصلي، ارتفع صافي الخسارة بنسبة 127.4% في الربع الثاني من العام الحالي، مقارنة بخسارة قدرها 5.07 مليون دولار (19 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من عام 2026.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء إن ارتفاع صافي الخسارة في الربع الثاني من العام الحالي على أساس سنوي إلى زيادة المصروفات الإدارية والعمومية، والمصروفات البيعية والتسويقية والتوزيعية، وصافي خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة، إضافة إلى تسجيل خسائر انخفاض في قيمة الممتلكات والآلات والمعدات، وارتفاع مصروفات التمويل والزكاة وضريبة الدخل، إضافة إلى عدم تسجيل مكاسب شراء تفاوضي مرتبطة بصفقة الاستحواذ على شركة “ساف”، مقارنة بالمكاسب المسجلة في الربع السابق.

وارتفعت الإيرادات، إلى 54.79 مليون دولار (205.46 مليون ريال) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، بنمو نسبته 48.5% على أساس سنوي، مقارنة بـ36.90 مليون دولار (138.38 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق نتيجة توحيد إيرادات شركة SAAF ضمن قوائم المجموعة اعتباراً من يناير 2026، إلى جانب نمو حجم المبيعات وارتفاع أسعار البيع، فيما تأثر الأداء الفصلي ببعض التحديات المتعلقة بسلاسل الإمداد وتوريد المواد الخام.

وبنهاية النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت الإيرادات بنسبة 49.1% إلى 112.71 مليون دولار (422.65 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ75.57 مليون دولار (283.38 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من 2025.

وزاد صافي خسائر الشركة بنسبة 74.8% إلى 16.58 مليون دولار (62.19 مليون ريال) في النصف الأول من العام الحالي، مقارنة بخسارة قدرها 9.48 مليون دولار (35.57 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة.

وبلغت الخسائر المتراكمة للشركة بنهاية يونيو 2026 نحو 150.02 مليون دولار (562.57 مليون ريال)، بما يعادل 73.57% من رأس المال.
