توقعات بركود اقتصاد ألمانيا بسبب حرب إيران

أشارت تقديرات البنك المركزي الألماني إلى أن تداعيات الحرب الأميركية الإسرائيلية على إيران ستؤدي إلى تباطؤ الاقتصاد الوطني خلال الربع الحالي من العام.

وذكر البنك في تقريره لشهر مايو الجاري أنه، وفق المعطيات الحالية، فإن من المتوقع بوجه عام حدوث حالة من الركود الاقتصادي، مضيفاً: “في الربع الثاني من العام، يرجح أن تؤثر تداعيات الحرب في الشرق الأوسط على الاقتصاد الألماني بصورة أوسع وأكثر وضوحاً”.

وأوضح البنك أن حجم تأثير هذه الحرب على الحالة الاقتصادية يعتمد بشكل حاسم على مدة استمرارها، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية “د ب أ”.

وكان الارتفاع الكبير في أسعار الطاقة نتيجة التصعيد في الشرق الأوسط أدى إلى دفع معدل التضخم في أبريل الماضي إلى 2.9%، وهو أعلى مستوى له منذ يناير 2024، ما يضغط على الاستهلاك الخاص، وتوقع البنك المركزي الألماني أن “يبقى معدل التضخم مرتفعاً خلال الشهور المقبلة”.

ضريبة الطاقة

وقال البنك في تقريره إنه رغم أن التخفيض المؤقت لضريبة الطاقة على البنزين والديزل في مايو ويونيو المقبل من شأنه أن يخفف العبء جزئياً، فإنه يتوقع انتقال ارتفاع تكاليف الطاقة والإنتاج والنقل تدريجياً إلى أسعار المواد الغذائية وبعض الخدمات، كما اعتبر أن ارتفاع أسعار الفائدة الناجم عن الحرب في الشرق الأوسط يشكل عاملاً إضافياً يضغط على الاستثمارات الخاصة.

وأشار البنك إلى أن القطاع الصناعي لا يزال يظهر قدراً من الصمود، إذ سجلت الشركات في مارس الماضي زيادة ملحوظة في الطلبيات الجديدة مقارنة بشهر فبراير الذي سبقه، لكنه أوضح أن ذلك قد يعود أيضاً إلى تقديم بعض الطلبات مسبقاً “تحسباً لنقص محتمل بسبب الحرب في الشرق الأوسط”.

ويرى البنك أن قدرة قطاع الصناعة على الصمود قد تكون مؤقتة، مع توقع أن تبدأ الشركات في الشعور بالآثار السلبية للحرب بشكل متزايد، مثل ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة، واختناقات سلاسل الإمداد، ونقص المواد الخام.
