جنيه واحد مقدم الصداق، زوج يتمسك بصوريته في دعوى خلع بالتبين

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أقام زوج دعوى قضائية أمام محكمة الأسرة للمطالبة باسترداد مقدم الصداق من زوجته بعد إقدامها على إجراءات الخلع.
دفع الزوج بصورية مبلغ الجنيه الواحد المثبت في وثيقة الزواج وطالب بإلزام زوجته برده.
تدرس المحكمة مستندات الزوج للوقوف على حقيقة مبلغ الصداق وما إذا كان يعبر عن القيمة الفعلية أم أنه صوري.

أقام زوج دعوى قضائية أمام محكمة الأسرة بالتبين و15 مايو، حملت رقم 2669 لسنة 2026، طالب فيها باسترداد مقدم الصداق من زوجته، بعدما أقامت الأخيرة دعوى خلع، وتمسكت بالتنازل عن حقوقها المالية الشرعية مقابل تطليقها منه. ودفع الزوج في دعواه بصورية مقدم الصداق المثبت بوثيقة الزواج، والذي يبلغ جنيهًا واحدًا،
