حرية الصحافة في مصر تحت مقصلة الترخيص

أصدرت المحكمة حكماً بتغريم رئيسة تحرير موقع مدى مصر وإغلاق الموقع ومصادرة معداته بتهمة الإدارة بدون ترخيص.
أثار غياب التراخيص مخاوف من استخدامها كأداة لملاحقة الصحافيين رغم تقديم بعض المواقع لطلبات توفيق الأوضاع منذ سنوات.
عقدت لجنة الحريات بنقابة الصحافيين اجتماعاً لمناقشة المعوقات التي تواجه إجراءات الترخيص وتيسيرها للمواقع الإلكترونية.
ناقش المجلس القومي لحقوق الإنسان مع نقابة الصحافيين ملفات تشمل أزمة المواقع الإخبارية والتشريعات المقيدة للعمل الصحافي.

القاهرة ـ «القدس العربي»: أعاد الحكم الصادر بتغريم لينا عطا الله، رئيسة تحرير موقع «مدى مصر»، ثلاثة ملايين جنيه، وإغلاق الموقع ومصادرة معداته، بتهمة إدارته بدون ترخيص، إلى جانب القبض على فريق تحرير منصة «متصدقش»، المخاوف من تحول غياب التراخيص إلى أداة لملاحقة الصحافيين والعاملين في هذه المؤسسات، رغم تقدم بعضها بطلبات لتوفيق أوضاعها منذ […]
