حكم نقل الميت ونبش القبور للضرورة؟.. دار الإفتاء تكشف الرأي الشرعي

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يُحرم شرعاً نبش قبر الميت ونقله إلى مكان آخر إلا في حالات الضرورة أو الحاجة الطارئة أو المصلحة المعتبرة.
  • تشمل حالات الجواز حالات مثل دفن الميت لغير القبلة أو في أرض مغصوبة أو لتعارض القبر مع مصلحة عامة كشق طريق.
  • يُشترط عند نقل الميت التعامل معه بإكرام واحترام كامل مع استخدام كافة الوسائل الممكنة لحفظ جسده وتستره.
  • يجب عند نقل الميت الحصول على تصريح من الجهات الرسمية المختصة والالتزام باللوائح والقوانين المنظمة لهذا الإجراء.

قالت دار الإفتاء المصرية، إن مما كرَّم اللهُ تعالى به الإنسانَ وفضَّله على سائر المخلوقات أن شَرَع له بعد مَمَاتِهِ قبرًا يُواريه، وكِنًّا يستتر فيه
