“رتال” توقع اتفاقيتين مع “روشن” لتطوير 163 وحدة سكنية في مكة المكرمة

أعلنت شركة رتال للتطوير العمراني عن توقيع اتفاقيتين لشراء وتطوير أراض سكنية مع مجموعة روشن إحدى شركات صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وذلك بهدف تطوير وحدات سكنية في مجتمع المنار بمدينة مكة المكرمة.

وقالت “رتال” في بيان على “تداول السعودية”، اليوم الخميس، إن إجمالي عدد الوحدات المتوقع تطويرها 163 وحدة سكنية.

وأضافت أن قيمة العقد تبلغ نحو 123.83 مليون ريال، ومدته 36 شهراً لتطوير الوحدات السكنية.

وأوضحت أن الاتفاقيات مشروطة لشراء أراض بهدف تطويرها للاستخدام السكني.

وتوقعت أن يكون للمشروع أثر إيجابي على نتائج الشركة خلال مدة تطوير المشروع للسنوات 2027 – 2028 – 2029.
