“سهل للتمويل” تجدد تسهيلات ائتمانية بـ53.3 مليون دولار مع “السعودي للاستثمار”

جددت شركة سهل للتمويل بتاريخ 21 سبتمبر الحالي اتفاقية تسهيلات ائتمانية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع البنك السعودي للاستثمار، بقيمة 53.3 مليون دولار (200 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين، أن مدة التمويل تمتد إلى 5 سنوات، فيما تتمثل الضمانات المقدمة مقابل التمويل في سند لأمر وتقديم ذمم مدينة للبنك كضمان.

وأشارت إلى أن الهدف من تجديد التسهيلات يتمثل في دعم خطط التوسع وزيادة حجم المبيعات خلال الفترة المقبلة، من خلال توفير التمويلات الجديدة للعملاء، بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية الشركة وخططها المستقبلية.

وأكدت الشركة أن التسهيلات تأتي ضمن التعاملات المستمرة وفي سياق الأعمال الاعتيادية، ووفقاً للشروط التجارية السائدة دون أي شروط تفضيلية.
