سي آي كابيتال: استثمارات EBRD وIFC بالطرح الخاص لبنك القاهرة تصل إلى 200 مليون دولار

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

بلغت استثمارات البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية ومؤسسة التمويل الدولية في الطرح الخاص لبنك القاهرة 200 مليون دولار.
ساهمت هذه الاستثمارات الدولية في رفع حجم الطرح من 30% إلى 45% من رأس مال البنك.
أبرم بنك القاهرة اتفاقيات منفصلة مع كل من البنك الأوروبي ومؤسسة التمويل الدولية للمشاركة بنسبة 15.74% لكل منهما.
يأتي الطرح ضمن توجهات سوق المال المصري لتعزيز قاعدة الشركات المقيدة وتوسيع فرص مشاركة المستثمرين في القطاع المصرفي.

رنا ممدوح _ قادت شركة سي آي كابيتال للترويج وتغطية الاكتتابات في الأوراق المالية، بصفتها مدير الطرح الرئيسي والمنسق الدولي، عملية استقطاب استثمارات كلًا من البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية (EBRD) ومؤسسة التمويل الدولية (IFC) في الطرح الخاص لبنك القاهرة، باستثمارات تصل قيمتها الإجمالية إلى 200 مليون دولار.
