شعرك بيقع أكتر وقت الاستحمام؟ أخطاء تزيد المشكلة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قد يكون تساقط الشعر أثناء الاستحمام جزءا من دورة النمو الطبيعية أو نتيجة تراكم الشعر المتساقط سابقاً.
تساهم أخطاء مثل تمشيط الشعر المبلل بعنف أو فركه بقوة في زيادة تكسر الشعر وتضر بفروة الرأس.
يؤدي استخدام الماء الساخن جداً أو الشامبو غير المناسب أو الحرارة العالية إلى جفاف الشعر وضعفه.
قد يرتبط التساقط المفاجئ أو الكثيف بنقص الحديد أو اضطرابات الغدة الدرقية أو الإجهاد الشديد ويستدعي استشارة الطبيب.
