“شلفا لإدارة المرافق” تتلقى ترسية مشروع بـ 366.5 مليون ريال

“شلفا لإدارة المرافق” تتلقى ترسية مشروع بـ 366.5 مليون ريال

تسلمت شركة شلفا لإدارة المرافق بتاريخ 14 يونيو الحالي إشعار ترسية من شركة تطوير للمباني لتنفيذ أعمال النظافة والصيانة وخدمات البوابين للمباني المدرسية بمنطقة القصيم، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 366.5 مليون ريال تقريباً، (غير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة).

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد إنها سبق أن وقعت عقد الاتفاقية الإطارية مع شركة تطوير للمباني بتاريخ29 أبريل 2025.

وتأتي الترسية ضمن الاتفاقية الإطارية لخدمات إدارة المرافق المتكاملة للمباني المدرسية والمعاهد الخاصة بالمنطقة الوسطى (منطقة القصيم).

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة شلفا لإدارة المرافق بتاريخ 8 أبريل الماضي على انتقال الشركة من السوق الموازية (نمو) إلى السوق الرئيسية (تاسي)، وتعيين شركة قيمة المالية، مستشاراً مالياً لإدارة ملف الانتقال.
