كشف المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي تفاصيل محاكمة متهم في أحداث مجلس الوزراء وتشابهها مع قضية حرق المجمع العلمي.
استندت المحكمة في إدانة المتهم إلى منشورات شخصية على فيسبوك وشهادة شاهد عيان حول طلب المتهم للبنزين لصناعة زجاجات المولوتوف.
اعتبرت المحكمة تصريحات المتهم في برنامج تلفزيوني مع وائل الإبراشي حول تفاخره بأعمال الحرق كأدلة إضافية وليست اعترافات قضائية.
أكد المستشار أن أحكام الإدانة لا تصدر إلا بناءً على أدلة تثبت ارتكاب المتهم للوقائع المنسوبة إليه.

كشف المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، تفاصيل أحداث مجلس الوزراء، مؤكدًا أنها كانت من القضايا المهمة التي نظرتها المحكمة، وتشابهت في بعض تفاصيلها مع قضية حرق المجمع العلمي، موضحًا أن القضيتين ارتبطتا بأحداث واحدة، لكن جرى تقسيمهما وفقًا للمتهمين الذين أُلقي القبض عليهم والوقائع المنسوبة إلى كل منهم. وأوضح «فهمي» خلال الجزء الثالث من لقائه مع.
