ضبط طالب بتهمة إدارة صفحة للترويج لبيع الألعاب النارية بالجيزة

  • ضبطت الإدارة العامة لمكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات طالبا بالجيزة يدير صفحة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لبيع الألعاب النارية بمقابل مادي.
  • أظهر فحص الهاتف المحمول المحتجز بحوزة الطالب دلائل تؤكد نشاطه الإجرامي.
  • أقر الطالب بإنشاء الصفحة لبيع كمية من الألعاب النارية اشتراها لحفل زفاف أحد أصدقائه ولم يتمكن من بيعها.
  • تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة.

تمكنت الإدارة العامة لمكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات بقطاع نظم الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بالتنسيق مع قطاع الأمن العام، من ضبط أحد الأشخاص بتهمة إدارة صفحة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للترويج لبيع الألعاب النارية بمقابل مادي. بالفحص أمكن تحديد وضبط القائم على إدارة الصفحة المشار إليها «طالب، مقيم بدائرة قسم شرطة بولاق الدكرور بالجيزة»، وضُبط بحوزته هاتف محمول.
