طريقة إستخراج كارنيه التأمين الصحي لطلاب المدارس في مصر

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

حددت الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي الأوراق المطلوبة لاستخراج كارنيه التأمين الصحي لطلاب المدارس في مصر.
تشمل الأوراق المطلوبة شهادة ميلاد مميكنة، وصورة شخصية، وإثبات قيد، وإيصال المصروفات، وصورة بطاقة ولي الأمر.
يتم استخراج الكارنيه من أقرب وحدة صحة مدرسية أو إدارة فرع التأمين الصحي التابع لها المدرسة.
يتم تسليم الكارنيه لولي الأمر في نفس يوم تقديم الأوراق وسداد الرسوم المقررة.

كشفت الهيئة العامة للتأمين الصحي عن الأوراق وطريقة إستخراج كارنيه التأمين الصحي لطلاب المدارس في مصر للطلاب المصريين، سواء كان الطالب في المرحلة الابتدائية
