عقوبات بريطانية على شبكات تجارة الذهب في السودان

لندن 16 يوليو 2026- فرضت المملكة المتحدة، الخميس، عقوبات على شبكات غير مشروعة لتجارة الذهب، قالت إنها تسهم في تأجيج الحرب في السودان. واستهدفت العقوبات 11 فرداً وكياناً يُشتبه في ارتباطهم بشبكات للتمويل ولتجارة الذهب التي تدعم قوات الدعم السريع أو القوات المسلحة السودانية على نحو يؤجج الصراع في السودان، بحسب بيان صادر عن الحكومة البريطانية. وشملت قائمة العقوبات الجديدة ثلاثة مواطنين سودانيين، وهم أبو ذر عبد النبي حبيب الله أحمد ومازن فضل الله وأحمد هاشم، يشتبه في أنهم جزء من شبكات مرتبطة بتمويل الدعم السريع. وطالت العقوبات أيضاً، أحمد عبد الله، وهو مسؤول مشتريات مرتبط بالجيش السوداني، يُشتبه بتورطه في تأمين الأسلحة والمعدات والتمويل للجيش، بحسب البيان البريطاني. كما شملت العقوبات ثلاث شركات تعمل في مجال الذهب، مملوكة للحكومة السودانية ومرتبطة بالجيش، وهي شركة أم درمان للتعدين، وشركة أرياب للتعدين وشركة «سودامين المحدودة» وأوضح بيان صحفي عن الخارجية البريطانية أن حزمة العقوبات الجديدة “تستهدف بشكل أساسي تعطيل شبكات التجارة والتمويل التي تساعد في تحويل ثروات السودان من الذهب إلى إيرادات تدعم وتؤجج الحرب الراهنة، لافتة إلى أن صناعة الذهب في السودان تحولت إلى محرك لاقتصاد الحرب”. وبينما بلغت قيمة صادرات السودان الرسمية من الذهب 1.5 مليار دولار خلال عامي 2024 و2025، تُهرّب سنوياً- وفقاً للبيان- كميات من المعدن النفيس …
