عمومية ” الجزيرة تكافل” تقر توزيع 26.4 مليون ريال عن عام 2025

وافقت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة الجزيرة تكافل تعاوني في اجتماعها بتاريخ 16 يونيو الحالي على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 26.4 مليون ريال على المساهمين عن عام 2025.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء أن نصيب السهم من التوزيع 0.4 ريال بما يعادل نسبة 4% من القيمة الاسمية، على أن تكون الأحقية للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية (مركز الإيداع) في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة للشركة،على أن يبدأ توزيع الأرباح اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 30 يونيو الحالي.

كما صادقت الجمعية العامة للشركة على إبراء ذمة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة عن السنة المالية 2025.
