غدًا.. استكمال محاكمة 312 متهمًا في «خلية النصرة»

  • تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب بمجمع محاكم بدر غدا الثلاثاء محاكمة 312 متهما في قضية خلية جبهة النصرة.
  • تولى المتهمون من الأول حتى الثاني والعشرين قيادة جماعة أسست لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين ومنع مؤسسات الدولة من ممارسة أعمالها.
  • وجهت للمتهمين من الثالث والعشرين حتى السبعين بعد المائتين تهمة الانضمام للجماعة مع علمهم بأغراضها وتهم تمويل الإرهاب لبعضهم.
  • وجهت للمتهمين من الحادي والسبعين بعد المائتين تهمة المشاركة في جماعة إرهابية، بينما وجه للمتهم الحادي عشر تهمة التدريب في الخارج.

تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب، بمجمع محاكم بدر برئاسة المستشار وجدي عبد المنعم، غدا الثلاثاء، محاكمة 312 متهما، في القضية رقم 14256 لسنة 2024 جنايات مدينة نصر أول، والمعروفة بـ «خلية جبهة النصرة». أمر إحالة المتهمين وكشف أمر الإحالة، أنه خلال الفترة من عام 2018 وحتى 18 مارس 2021، تولى المتهمون من الأول وحتى الثاني والعشرين.
