غياب المتهم عن ثاني جلسات محاكمته في قضية «جريمة حي النرجس» بسبب تعذر وصوله

تعذر وصول المتهم المتهم بإنهاء حياة أسرة كاملة إلى محكمة جنايات التجمع لحضور جلسة محاكمته الثانية.
أظهرت التحقيقات أن المتهم استدرج المجني عليهم إلى مكان ناءٍ وأطلق النار عليهم باستخدام سلاح ناري مرخص.
كشفت التحقيقات أن المتهم خطط للاستيلاء على أموال ومصوغات ذهبية من مسكن الأسرة.
ضمت أدلة الإثبات ضبط سلاح ناري عيار 9 مم وخزنتين و29 طلقة وهاتف محمول وسيارة وسلسلة مفاتيح.

تعذر وصول المتهم بإنهاء حياة أسرة كاملة في القضية المعروفة إعلاميًا باسم “جريمة حي النرجس”، إلى محكمة جنايات التجمع، اليوم السبت، لنظر ثاني جلسات محاكمته، في الواقعة التي شهدتها منطقة التجمع الخامس. وبحسب ما ورد في قائمة أدلة الإثبات، بدأت الواقعة باستدراج المجني عليه…
