فخ السندات الفرنسية يُهدد اليورو.. والأسواق تترقب قرارات الفيدرالي والمركزي الأوروبي

يهدد الشلل السياسي الفرنسي وتزايد الضغوط على السندات السيادية الفرنسية استقرار عملة اليورو.
تتوقع الأسواق بقاء أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير من قبل البنك المركزي الأوروبي والاحتياطي الفيدرالي الأمريكي هذا الأسبوع.
يؤدي ضعف اليورو إلى تعزيز قوة الدولار مما يؤثر على اقتصادات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المرتبطة بالدولار.
يرى تقرير لبنك الإمارات دبي الوطني أن التوقف عن رفع الفائدة هو وقفة مؤقتة وليس تراجعاً عن سياسة التشديد.

يعلن بنك الاحتياطي الفيدرالي (البنك المركزي) الأمريكي، أسعار الفائدة بعد انتهاء اجتماعه مساء غدًا الأربعاء، ويعقبه قرار المركزي الأوروبي يوم الخميس 29 أكتوبر. وتميل معظم التوقعات إلى أن بنك الاحتياطي الفيدرالي سيُبقي أسعار الفائدة دون تغيير عند 3.7% و4%، لكنه سيرفعها في ديسمبر المقبل إلى 45 و4.25%، مما يجعل اجتماع في الأسبوع الجاري بمثابة وقفة.
