فنزويلا تدرس الحصول على قرض من قطر لتسوية متأخرات مستحقة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تدرس السلطات الفنزويلية الحصول على قرض مرحلي قصير الأجل من قطر لتسوية متأخرات بنك التنمية للبلدان الأمريكية التي تتجاوز ملياري دولار.
تهدف هذه الخطوة إلى تمكين فنزويلا من الحصول على تمويل جديد من البنك لإعادة تأهيل شبكة الكهرباء والبنية التحتية.
تعاني فنزويلا من نقص الاستثمار والعقوبات المالية التي تفرضها الولايات المتحدة منذ عقد من الزمن.
تخطط فنزويلا لاستخدام دفعة أولى من تمويل البنك لسداد القرض القطري لضمان استمرار الحصول على التمويل من المؤسسة متعددة الأطراف.
