تعتزم شركة “فولكس فاجن” الألمانية لصناعة السيارات بيع حصة تبلغ 51% في شركة المحركات التابعة لها “إيفرلينس” إلى شركة “باين كابيتال” الاستثمارية الأمريكية، في خطوة تهدف إلى تبسيط محفظة استثماراتها. وستحتفظ شركة “فولكس فاجن” بحصة 49% في “إيفرلينس” وستبقى مساهمًا رئيسيًا فيها على المدى المتوسط، وفقًا لما أعلنته الشركة في بيانها. وتبلغ قيمة العائدات المتوقعة […]
