فيتو تكشف بالمستندات، المالية تحاصر “بحوث الصحراء” بأحكام القضاء وتطالبه بـ 48 مليون جنيه للباحثين

اشترطت الوزارة أن تكون الأحكام نهائية ومذيلة بالصيغة التنفيذية قبل البدء في صرف المستحقات من الموارد الذاتية للمركز.
تضمنت المستندات تفاصيل نزاع مالي إجمالي يتجاوز 73 مليون جنيه يتعلق بفروق المرتبات والعلاوات والخصومات من الأجر الأساسي.
أكدت الوزارة على ضرورة التزام المركز بالضوابط المالية والقانونية والتحقق من صحة الاستحقاقات قبل صرف المبالغ المخصصة للباحثين.

لا تزال تداعيات النزاع القانوني بين عدد من الباحثين وأعضاء الهيئة البحثية بمركز بحوث الصحراء تتواصل، على خلفية مطالبتهم بصرف مستحقاتهم المالية المتأخرة، التي تتجاوز قيمتها الإجمالية 73 مليون جنيه، وفقًا للمستندات التي نشرتها «فيتو» في وقت سابق، والتي كشفت عن تصاعد الأزمة ووصولها إلى ساحات القضاء والجهات المعنية بالدولة.
