قبل عقد من ظهور الأعراض… إشارات في الدم قد تنذر بالإصابة بالتهاب الأمعاء

كشفت دراسة جديدة أن أنماط الأجسام المضادة في دم الإنسان يمكنها التنبؤ بمرض التهاب الأمعاء قبل عقد من ظهور الأعراض.
أظهرت النتائج أن الجهاز المناعي يرسل إشارات تحذيرية قبل التشخيص بما يصل إلى عشر سنوات مما يمهد الطريق للكشف المبكر.
أظهر المصابون بداء كرون مستويات أعلى من الأجسام المضادة لفيروس إبشتاين-بار، بينما أظهر المصابون بالتهاب القولون التقرحي أنماطاً مختلفة.
يُعاني ما لا يقل عن 3.8 مليون شخص حول العالم من مرض التهاب الأمعاء الذي يسبب التهاباً مزمناً في الجهاز الهضمي.

كشفت دراسة جديدة أن أنماط الأجسام المضادة في دم الإنسان قد تتنبأ بظهور مرض التهاب الأمعاء قبل عقد كامل من تشخيصه، مما يفتح باب الأمل للكشف المبكر عن هذه الحالة.
