قضايا الدولة ودفاع المستأجرين في مواجهة جديدة في دعوى عدم دستورية تعديلات “الإيجار القديم”

بدأت هيئة المفوضين بالمحكمة الدستورية العليا نظر الدعوى المتعلقة بالمنازعة الدستورية المرتبطة بأحكام الإيجار القديم.
ترد الحكومة على طلبات الدفاع والمستندات بشأن قانون تعديلات الإيجار القديم المطعون بعدم دستوريته.
تواصل محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة نظر الطعون المطالبة بإلغاء قانون تعديلات الإيجار القديم ووقف تنفيذه.
تقدم محامي المستأجرين بـ1700 طعن أمام محكمة القضاء الإداري للمطالبة بإحالة الطعن للمحكمة الدستورية.

بدأت منذ قليل هيئة المفوضين بالمحكمة الدستورية العليا، اليوم الأحد، نظرالدعوى الدستورية الثانية رقم 21 لسنة 48 قضائية دستورية، والمتعلقة بالمنازعة الدستورية المرتبطة بأحكام الإيجار القديم..
