مجموعة “أكديطال” المغربية تعتزم بناء مستشفى ثالث في السعودية

قال مدير الاتصالات في مجموعة أكديطال المغربية لإدارة المستشفيات، عبد القدوس حفصي، اليوم الثلاثاء إن المجموعة اشترت قطعة أرض في العاصمة السعودية الرياض لبناء المستشفى الثالث التابع لها في المملكة.

ويأتي المستشفى الجديد في إطار خطط المجموعة المدرجة في بورصة الدار البيضاء لاستثمار 1.4 مليار دولار للوصول إلى طاقة استيعابية إجمالية تبلغ 1000 سرير في السعودية بحلول عام 2030.

وتعتزم أكديطال بدء تشغيل مستشفى المشاري في الرياض هذا الصيف بعد تجديده وتغيير علامته التجارية إلى مستشفى أكديطال العُليا، وفقاً لـ”رويترز”.

وفي تونس، تنتظر الشركة الموافقات التنظيمية للاستحواذ على مجموعة مصحات التوفيق مقابل 90 مليون دولار.

أما في الإمارات، تبني أكديطال مستشفى ومركزا لعلاج الأورام بسعة 180 سريرا في دبي.

وتدير أكديطال 41 مستشفى في 24 مدينة مغربية بسعة أسرة إجمالية تبلغ 4505 سريراً، وسجلت المجموعة ارتفاعا قدره 49% في إيراداتها في عام 2025 لتصل إلى 4.413 مليار درهم (481 مليون دولار).
