محافظ سوهاج يُحيل 3 موظفين للنيابة بتهمة تسهيل التعدي على الأراضي الزراعية

أحال محافظ سوهاج 3 موظفين بالوحدة المحلية وإدارة حماية الأراضي بمركز جهينة إلى النيابة المختصة.
جاءت الإحالة بسبب رصد مخالفات إدارية جسيمة وشبهات تواطؤ وتلاعب في إجراءات المعاينات.
أدى التلاعب في إثبات البيانات والإحداثيات الجغرافية إلى تسهيل البناء المخالف على الأراضي الزراعية.
تضمن التقرير كشف تمكين أحد المواطنين من إقامة منشأة بموقع غير الموقع المرخص به.

أحال اللواء طارق راشد، محافظ سوهاج، 3 موظفين من العاملين بالوحدة المحلية لمركز ومدينة جهينة وإدارة حماية الأراضي بالإدارة الزراعية بجهينة إلى النيابة المختصة، وذلك على خلفية رصد مخالفات إدارية جسيمة وشبهات تواطؤ وتلاعب في إجراءات المعاينات، بما أدى إلى تسهيل البناء المخالف على الأراضي الزراعية. وجاء قرار الإحالة استنادًا إلى تقرير مفصل أعدته اللجان.
