محمود منتصر: صندوق حماية المستثمر لا يعوض خسائر انخفاض الأسهم لأسباب جيوسياسية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

لا يغطي صندوق حماية المستثمر خسائر الأسهم الناتجة عن المخاطر الجيوسياسية أو تداعيات الحروب في المنطقة.
يغطي الصندوق فقط الأضرار الناتجة عن إفلاس الشركات أو الأخطاء الفنية لشركات السمسرة في تنفيذ الأوامر.
لا توجد آلية قانونية حالية تسمح للصندوق بالتدخل الاستثنائي لمواجهة تداعيات الأزمات الجيوسياسية على أسعار الأسهم.
انخفضت شكاوى أخطاء العمليات والتحصيل نتيجة تدريب أكثر من ألفي موظف في شركات السمسرة بالتعاون مع هيئة الرقابة المالية.

أمنية إبراهيم _ أكد محمود منتصر، رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق حماية المستثمر، أن الصندوق لا يغطي خسائر الأسهم الناتجة عن المخاوف من تصاعد المخاطر الجيوسياسية وتداعيات الحرب بالمنطقة، مشيرا إلى أن مخاطر الحروب لا تقع ضمن المخاطر التي يغطيها الصندوق ولا يدفع عنها أي تعويضات.
