“مرافق” تتحول للخسارة بنحو 12.4 مليون دولار بالربع الثاني من 2026

تحولت شركة مرافق الكهرباء والمياه بالجبيل وينبع- (مرافق) إلى الخسارة في الربع الثاني من 2026، بنحو 12.4 مليون دولار (46.45 مليون ريال سعودي) مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 29.2 مليون دولار (109.6 مليون ريال سعودي) في الربع الثاني من 2025.

وكانت “مرافق” قد حققت صافي ربح نحو 34 مليون دولار (127.56 مليون ريال سعودي) في الربع الأول من 2026.

وفي بيان على “تداول السعودية”، اليوم الأربعاء، أرجعت “مرافق” التحول إلى الخسارة بالربع الثاني من 2026، على أساس سنوي بشكل رئيس إلى ارتفاع تكلفة الوقود المستخدم في عمليات الإنتاج بمبلغ 40 مليون ريال سعودي، وارتفاع تكاليف نقل الكهرباء بمبلغ 15 مليون ريال سعودي، وانخفاض صافي الإيرادات التشغيلية الأخرى بمبلغ 15 مليون ريال سعودي.

وأشارت إلى وجود تعديل غير متكرر تم الاعتراف به في الربع المماثل من العام السابق بمبلغ 62 مليون ريال سعودي جراء تطبيق تعريفة الاستهلاك الكثيف للكهرباء.

وخلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي تراجع صافي أرباح الشركة بنسبة 64.35% إلى نحو 21.6 مليون دولار (81.1 مليون ريال سعودي) مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 60.68 مليون دولار (227.5 مليون ريال سعودي) في النصف الأول من العام الماضي.
