حث رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو إدارة ترامب على شن موجة جديدة من الضربات العسكرية على إيران.
تراوح موقف الرئيس الأمريكي بين التهديد بشن ضربات واسعة النطاق والسعي للتوصل إلى اتفاق مع إيران.
تعمل جهود دبلوماسية على إبرام اتفاق يوقف هجمات إيران في مضيق هرمز مقابل رفع الحصار عن موانئها.
