مساعد رئيس الوزراء يرد على المشككين ويكشف خريطة الطروحات الحكومية المقبلة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يهدف برنامج الطروحات الحكومية إلى تعزيز كفاءة إدارة أصول الدولة وتحسين قيمتها الاقتصادية عبر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة والشفافية.
  • لا يعد طرح نسب من أسهم الشركات بالبورصة تخليا عن الأصول بل يهدف لزيادة قيمتها السوقية وتعزيز الرقابة عليها.
  • تستهدف الحكومة استكمال برنامج الطروحات وفق أولويات محددة تبدأ بشركة مصر للتأمين ثم حصة الدولة في شركة مصر للألومنيوم.
  • تلتزم الحكومة بالحفاظ على ملكية الشركات ذات البعد القومي والاستراتيجي مع إمكانية إتاحة مشاركة القطاع الخاص بنسب محددة.

أكد الدكتور هشام السيد، مساعد رئيس الوزراء ورئيس وحدة الشركات المملوكة للدولة، أن برنامج الطروحات الحكومية لا يستهدف بيع أصول الدولة
