مطالبة برلمانية بمراجعة تداعيات قانون فصل الموظف متعاطي المخدرات: العلاج فرصة ثانية للتعافي

طالبت النائبة أميرة فؤاد بفتح نقاش حول تداعيات قانون فصل الموظف متعاطي المخدرات.
شددت النائبة على ضرورة إتاحة فرصة علاجية وتأهيلية للموظفين المتعافين ضمن ضوابط محددة.
أكدت النائبة أن الإدمان مشكلة معقدة تتطلب تدخلاً طبياً ونفسياً واجتماعياً متخصصاً.
دعت إلى تعزيز التكامل بين جهات العمل والجهات الطبية المتخصصة لضمان سرعة الوصول للخدمات العلاجية.

طالبت النائبة أميرة فؤاد، عضو لجنة الشؤون الصحية بمجلس النواب، بفتح نقاش جاد حول تداعيات تطبيق القانون رقم 73 لسنة 2021 بشأن شروط شغل الوظائف أو الاستمرار فيها
