ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يعاني نحو 450 أسرة في قرية بني شقير بأسيوط من إغلاق طريق حيوي يربطهم بالمستشفى ومركز البريد والخدمات الأساسية.
يضطر الأهالي لاستخدام طريق بديل وعر وسط الزراعات بطول خمسة كيلومترات للوصول إلى الخدمات نتيجة استمرار إغلاق الطريق منذ عامين.
أكد الأهالي وجود قرارات من النيابة العامة بفتح الطريق رغم إقامة مسجد في موقع النزاع مما يستدعي مراجعة قانونية للمستندات.
يطالب السكان بتدخل عاجل من محافظة أسيوط لتشكيل لجنة هندسية وقانونية لمعاينة الموقع وإنهاء الأزمة وتوضيح أسباب تعطل تنفيذ القرارات.

في بعض الملفات، لا تكون المشكلة في غياب الشكاوى أو عدم وصولها إلى المسؤولين، وإنما في استمرار الأزمة رغم تكرار المناشدات وتعدد الجهات التي يلجأ إليها المواطنون. وهو ما يثير تساؤلات حول أسباب تعطل الحلول، ومدى فاعلية الاستجابة لشكاوى المواطنين، خاصة عندما يتعلق الأمر بحقوق أساسية تمس حياتهم اليومية وسلامتهم.
