منصة “بينانس” مهددة بفقدان ترخيصها الأوروبي

من المتوقع أن تفقد منصة بينانس أكبر بورصة للعملات المشفرة في العالم، قدرتها على خدمة العملاء داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي اعتباراً من يوليو المقبل، بعد تقارير أفادت بأن طلبها للحصول على ترخيص أوروبي يواجه الرفض.

وبحسب مصادر لرويترز، فإن الجهة التنظيمية اليونانية تدرس رفض طلب “Binance” للحصول على ترخيص بموجب قواعد “MiCA” الأوروبية الجديدة، التي تُلزم شركات الأصول المشفرة بالحصول على موافقة تنظيمية قبل نهاية يونيو لمواصلة العمل داخل الاتحاد.

ويعني رفض الطلب حرمان “بينانس” من استخدام ما يُعرف بـ”جواز السفر الأوروبي” الذي يسمح للشركات المرخصة بتقديم خدماتها في جميع دول الاتحاد الأوروبي السبع والعشرين.

وأكدت “بينانس” أنها عملت مع الجهات التنظيمية خلال الأشهر الثمانية عشر الماضية وتعتقد أنها استوفت المتطلبات اللازمة، مشيرة إلى أنها ستقدم تحديثاً جديداً قبل نهاية يونيو.
