من بنغازي إلى البحر الأحمر.. التوازن الإقليمي في بيئة دولية سائلة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

صوّت مجلس النواب الليبي بالإجماع على اعتماد مذكرة التفاهم البحرية الموقعة بين تركيا وحكومة الوفاق الوطني عام 2019.
أدى هذا التحول في الموقف الليبي إلى إثارة اعتراضات يونانية وقبرصية ومصرية وأوروبية بشأن ترسيم الحدود البحرية ومناطق النفوذ.
تعكس التحركات التركية في ليبيا تكتيكات لإعادة هندسة النفوذ الإقليمي ضمن تفاهمات محتملة وتوافقات وظيفية في المصالح.
تتعامل مصر مع ملفات شرق المتوسط والبحر الأحمر والخليج كعناصر متداخلة في أمنها البحري رغم استمرار الخلافات في بعض الملفات.

القاهرة تنظر إلى شرق المتوسط باعتباره مجالًا يرتبط بأمنها ومصالحها البحرية، كما تتابع عن كثب التحولات في ليبيا، بحكم الجوار والاعتبارات الأمنية والسياسية. لكن اعتماد مجلس النواب الليبي المذكرة لا يعني وحده حدوث انقلاب في موازين القوى، ولا يثبت وجود تفاهم مصري تركي أو صفقة إقليمية أوسع.
