من تصدير الخام إلى التصنيع المحلي.. هل تعيد مصر رسم خريطة استغلال ثرواتها المعدنية؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تدرس الدولة المصرية وقف تصدير الخامات المعدنية في صورتها الأولية لتعزيز التصنيع المحلي وزيادة القيمة المضافة.
تهدف الخطة إلى تحويل الخامات إلى منتجات نهائية أو وسيطة لتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للصادرات المصرية.
تتضمن الاستراتيجية إعداد خريطة صناعية شاملة لاستغلال موارد مثل الرمال والرخام والفوسفات في الصناعات التحويلية.
يسعى هذا التوجه إلى جذب استثمارات جديدة وتوفير مدخلات الإنتاج اللازمة للصناعات الوطنية وتقليل الاعتماد على الاستيراد.

في ظل توجه الدولة نحو تعميق التصنيع المحلي وزيادة القيمة المضافة للصادرات المصرية، عاد ملف تصدير المواد الخام والمعادن دون تصنيع إلى دائرة النقاش الاقتصادي، خاصة مع تصاعد الدعوات لإعادة النظر في سياسة تصدير الثروات المعدنية والخامات الطبيعية في صورتها الأولية، بدلًا من توجيهها إلى المصانع المحلية والاستفادة منها في إنتاج منتجات نهائية أو نصف مصنعة ذات قيمة اقتصادية أعلى.
