نجح فريق طبي في إنقاذ شاب يبلغ من العمر 36 عاما عبر إجراء جراحة مزدوجة لقلبه باستخدام روبوت دافنشي.
كشفت الفحوصات التحضيرية عن تضيقات شديدة في الشرايين التاجية الثلاثة للمريض قبل إجراء عملية استبدال الصمام الميترالي.
أتاح استخدام الروبوت إجراء تحويل مسار للشرايين واستبدال الصمام في جلسة واحدة عبر شقوق جراحية صغيرة دون شق عظمة الصدر.
أزال الأطباء جلطات دموية حديثة من قلب المريض أثناء الجراحة مما ساهم في استقرار حالته الصحية قبل مغادرته للمستشفى.

في واقعة طبية لافتة، اكتشف الأطباء إصابة رجل يبلغ من العمر 36 عامًا بتضيقات شديدة في الشرايين التاجية الثلاثة المغذية لعضلة القلب، وذلك خلال الفحوصات التحضيرية التي سبقت خضوعه لجراحة استبدال الصمام الميترالي، رغم عدم وجود تشخيص سابق بإصابته بمرض الشريان التاجي. ووفقًا لتقرير نشره موقع «Times of India»، أدى هذا الاكتشاف إلى تغيير الخطة.
