من سنة إلى 4 سنوات.. متى تمحى الجزاءات التأديبية من ملف الموظف الحكومي؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • حدد قانون الخدمة المدنية مددًا زمنية لمحو الجزاءات التأديبية عن موظفي الجهاز الإداري للدولة.
  • تتراوح مدد المحو بين سنة واحدة للإنذار والخصم البسيط حتى أربع سنوات للجزاءات الأخرى.
  • يبدأ حساب مدة المحو من تاريخ توقيع الجزاء التأديبي وليس من تاريخ انتهاء تنفيذه.
  • يعد الجزاء كأنه لم يكن للمستقبل بعد المحو دون التأثير على الحقوق والتعويضات السابقة.

حدد قانون الخدمة المدنية رقم 81 لسنة 2016 مددًا زمنية لمحو الجزاءات التأديبية الموقعة على الموظفين بالجهاز الإداري للدولة، وفقًا لنوع الجزاء ومدى جسامته، بما يتيح للموظف تجاوز الآثار التأديبية للجزاء
