مهلة جديدة بشأن التصالح في مخالفات البناء.. آخر موعد للتقديم والحالات المحظورة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تم تمديد فترة تقديم طلبات التصالح على مخالفات البناء حتى 5 مايو 2027.
يشمل قانون التصالح حالات مثل تغيير الاستخدام، والتعديات على خطوط التنظيم، والبناء على أراضي الدولة.
يُحظر التصالح في حالات السلامة الإنشائية، وحماية الآثار، وحماية نهر النيل، وتغيير استخدام جراجات السيارات.

تزايد اهتمام المواطنين بمعرفة تفاصيل قانون التصالح في بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين أوضاعها، خاصة بعد قرار الحكومة مد فترة تقديم الطلبات لمدة 6 أشهر إضافية، اعتبارًا من 5 نوفمبر 2026.
