هبوط أسهم “آي بي إم” بأكثر من 23% في تداولات ما قبل افتتاح السوق

هوت أسهم شركة “آي بي إم” في تداولات ما قبل افتتاح السوق، اليوم الثلاثاء، بعدما أعلنت الشركة عن نتائج أولية للربع الثاني جاءت دون توقعات المحللين في “وول ستريت”.

وقالت الشركة إنها تتوقع تسجيل ربح معدل ربع سنوي قدره 2.93 دولار للسهم الواحد، مع تسجيل إيرادات تبلغ 17.2 مليار دولار خلال الربع الثاني.

العقود الآجلة لمؤشر داو جونز تتراجع 0.8% بعد نتائج IBM المخيبة

وجاءت هذه التقديرات دون متوسط توقعات المحللين، الذين استطلعت آرائهم شركة “فاكت ست” للأبحاث، والبالغة 3.01 دولارات للسهم الواحد، مع إيرادات تبلغ 17.86 مليار دولار.

وهوت أسهم “آي بي إم” بأكثر من 23% في تداولات ما قبل افتتاح السوق، في إشارة إلى خيبة أمل المستثمرين من الأداء المتوقع مقارنة بتقديرات السوق.

وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لـ”آي بي إم” أرفيند كريشنا في رسالة إلى المستثمرين إن الشركة “تعثرت” خلال هذا الربع في التكيف بالسرعة الكافية مع ظروف السوق المتغيرة، ما أدى إلى عدم إتمام “عدد من الصفقات الكبيرة” كما كان متوقعاً.
