ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أجاز قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 الجمع بين المعاش والدخل الناتج عن العمل في حدود الحد الأدنى للمعاش.
  • تتمتع الأرملة والأرمل والأبناء بحق الجمع بين المعاشات أو بين المعاش ودخل العمل دون حدود في حالات محددة.
  • تحدد الهيئة القومية للتأمين الاجتماعي حالات الاستحقاق وقيمة المستحقات بناءً على المستندات والبيانات التأمينية لكل حالة.
  • يحدد القانون ترتيب الأولوية عند استحقاق الشخص لأكثر من معاش بدءاً بالمعاش المستحق عن الشخص نفسه ثم الزوج أو الزوجة.

يبحث عدد كبير من المواطنين عن شروط الجمع بين معاشين في مصر، خاصة الأرامل والأبناء وأصحاب المعاشات، حيث أتاح قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات رقم 148 لسنة 2019 الجمع بين أكثر من معاش في حالات محددة
