“هيئة السوق” توافق على زيادة رأس مال “الناقول” بنسبة 100%

أصدرت هيئة السوق المالية السعودية قرارها المتضمن الموافقة على طلب شركة أبناء محمد حسن الناقول زيادة رأس مالها بنسبة 100% بتوزيع أسهم منحة.

وأوضحت الهيئة في بيان اليوم الثلاثاء أن رأس مال شركة أبناء محمد حسن الناقول سيرتفع من 29 مليون ريال إلى 58 مليون ريال وذلك بمنح سهم مجاني مقابل كل سهم قائم يملكه المساهمون المقيدون في سجل مساهمي المصدر لدى مركز الإيداع في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق الذي سوف يحدد مجلس إدارة الشركة تاريخه في وقت لاحق.

وأشارت إلى أن الشركة سوف تسدد قيمة الزيادة في رأس المال عن طريق تحويل مبلغ 29 مليون ريال من بند الأرباح المبقاة، وبالتالي يزداد عدد الأسهم من 2.9 مليون سهم إلى 5.8 مليون سهم بزيادة قدرها 2.9 مليون سهم. على أن لا يتجاوز تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية 6 أشهر من تاريخ هذه الموافقة وعلى أن تستكمل الشركة الإجراءات والمتطلبات النظامية ذات العلاقة.

وكانت الشركة قد ذكرت في بيان سابق أن هذه الخطوة تهدف إلى دعم خطط النمو والتوسع المستقبلية، إلى جانب تعزيز الملاءة المالية وتقوية المركز المالي للشركة.

وأشارت إلى أن أحقية أسهم المنحة ستكون للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم يوم الاستحقاق، والمسجلين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى مركز الإيداع بنهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق.
