وزيرة التنمية المحلية توجه بتدريب كوادر المحافظات على منظومة التحول الرقمي الجديدة

وجهت وزيرة التنمية المحلية بتدريب كوادر المحافظات على منظومة تقييم التأثير البيئي إلكترونيا.
تهدف المنظومة الرقمية الجديدة إلى استبدال المعاملات الورقية وتسهيل إجراءات الحصول على الموافقات البيئية للمستثمرين.
تتيح المنظومة متابعة حالة الطلبات إلكترونيا وتحديد أسباب التأخير لتعزيز الشفافية والحوكمة.
تستغرق دراسة الملفات وإصدار الموافقات عبر المنظومة الجديدة مدة لا تتجاوز شهرا وقد تقل إلى أسبوع.

أكدت الدكتورة منال عوض وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة أن تدريب العاملين بالجهات الإدارية والمحافظات يمثل أحد أبرز التحديات التي صاحبت تطبيق منظومة تقييم التأثير البيئي إلكترونيًا، خاصة مع انتقال إجراءات العمل من المعاملات الورقية إلى النظام الرقمي. وأوضحت أن الوزارة مستمرة في تدريب كوادر جديدة وتوسيع
