وسط تضييق مالي ورقابة على مصادر تمويله.. حزب الله يبدأ صرف بدلات إيواء للنازحين جراء الحرب

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

بدأ حزب الله صرف بدلات إيواء للنازحين اللبنانيين الذين دُمرت منازلهم أو تضررت جراء الحرب الأخيرة.
تتضمن خطة المساعدات تخصيص مبالغ مالية للوحدات السكنية المتضررة في بيروت والضاحية الجنوبية وخارجها.
تأتي هذه الخطوة وسط ضغوط دولية ومحلية لتجفيف مصادر تمويل الحزب وتشديد الرقابة على تحركاته المالية.
توزع المساعدات على أربعة دفعات خلال عام كامل للمتضررين الذين لا يملكون مساكن بديلة.

تشمل الاستفادة من هذه المبالغ أصحاب المنازل التي دُمّرت بالكامل أو تعرضت لأضرار جسيمة جعلتها غير صالحة للسكن، إلى جانب النازحين من المناطق التي لا تزال إسرائيل تحتل أجزاء منها في جنوب لبنان، شريطة ألا يمتلك المستفيدون مساكن بديلة.
