وسيط المملكة: الاقتصاد والمالية يتصدران التسويات وضعف تجاوب الإدارة أبرز الإكراهات (فيديو)

أكد وسيط المملكة حسن طارق، أن المؤسسة واصلت خلال سنة 2025 تعزيز دورها في مجال تسوية النزاعات الإدارية، من خلال إصدار 1653 قرارا بالتسوية همت عددا من القطاعات الحكومية والمؤسسات العمومية.

وأوضح حسن طارق خلال ندوة صحفية خصصت لتقديم خلاصات التقرير السنوي المرفوع إلى الملك محمد السادس برسم سنة 2025، والتي احتضنها مقر مؤسسة وسيط المملكة، أن مخرجات معالجة الملفات خلال السنة الماضية أسفرت عن إصدار 1653 قرارا بالتسوية موزعة على 28 قطاعا.

وتصدر قطاع الاقتصاد والمالية قائمة القطاعات من حيث عدد قرارات التسوية، بما مجموعه 407 قرارات، يليه قطاع الداخلية بـ244 قرارا ثم قطاع التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة بـ177 قرارا، فيما سجل القطاع التعاضدي 137 قرارا، وحلت الجماعات الترابية والمؤسسات التابعة لها في المرتبة الخامسة بـ125 قرارا.

وسجل تقرير مؤسسة وسيط المملكة أن ضعف تجاوب بعض الإدارات مع تدخلات المؤسسة ما يزال من بين أبرز الإشكالات التي تعيق فعالية الوساطة.
