CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Sweltering heat continues to grip the country this dry season, with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warning that four areas in the MIMAROPA region will experience danger-level heat index readings on Monday, making outdoor activities risky and potentially harmful to health.
