5 إرشادات صحية لمرضى القلب لأداء مناسك الحج دون مضاعفات

قدم مستشفى الملك عبد العزيز بمكة المكرمة، عددًا من النصائح لمرضى القلب بشأن أداء مناسك الحج.

وأوضح المستشفى، عبر منصة إكس، أنه يستطيع مريض القلب – بوجه عام – أن يؤدي مناسك الحج إذا كانت حالته الصحية مستقرة.

ونصح حجاج بيت الله الحرام من مرضى القلب بضرورة القيام بما يلي :

  • راجع الطبيب قبل الذهاب للحج لتقييم وضعه الصحي.

  • احمل بطاقة طبية أو تقرير طبي يبين حالة المريض والأدوية التي يتناولها.

  • خذ كمية كافية من الأدوية واحفظها بطريقة آمنة ومناسبة.

  • عند شعور المريض بأي ألم في الصدر أو ضيق في التنفس فعليه مراجعة أقرب مرفق صحي.

  • تجنب تعرضه لمجهود بدني زائد واستخدام الكرسي المتحرك أثناء الطواف والسعي وعند الإحساس بالإجهاد.
