Court Grants Malabu Leave to Seek Judicial Review Over OPL 245 Split

[Premium Times] A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted Malabu Oil & Gas Limited permission to seek a judicial review against the Federal Government over the alleged division and reallocation of OPL 245 to major oil firms and the NNPC.
