Tawanda Maswanhise linked with a move to Belgian side Arnderletch

WARRIORS forward Tawanda Maswanhise has reportedly attracted interest from Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht following his impressive season with Motherwell FC.

According to reports from Europe, Anderlecht have targeted the Zimbabwean international for the upcoming summer transfer window, which starts June.

The 23-year-old was the Scottish Premiership Goldenboot winner after emerging the highest scorer in the league with 17 goals.

Across all competitions, the Zimbabwean forward netted 23 goals, hence putting his name in the club’s history as one of the few players to score more than 20 goals in a season.

Motherwell are said to have put a €4 million price tag on Maswanhise, who is also linked with a move to French League 1 side Toulouse.

Maswanhise joined Motherwell from Leicester City F.C in 2024 after coming through the English club’s academy system and was loaned for a season before signing a permanent deal which will see him at the club until June 2027.
