البنك المركزي يقرر تعديل رأس مال بنك مصر.. 300 مليار جنيه رأس المال المرخص به

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

قرر البنك المركزي المصري تعديل رأس المال المرخص به لبنك مصر ليصبح 300 مليار جنيه.
يبلغ رأس المال المصدر للبنك 180 مليار جنيه مصري مدفوعا بالكامل.
يوزع رأس المال المصدر على 36 مليار سهم بقيمة اسمية تبلغ 5 جنيهات للسهم الواحد.
تعد ملكية جميع أسهم البنك للدولة بالكامل وفقا للقرار المنشور في الجريدة الرسمية.

البنك المركزي يقرر تعديل رأس مال بنك مصر، أصدر البنك المركزي المصري قرارًا جديدًا بشأن تعديل إحدى مواد النظام الأساسي لبنك مصر، يتعلق بتحديد رأس المال المرخص به والمصدر للبنك، وذلك وفقًا لما نشرته الجريدة الرسمية في الوقائع المصرية.
